CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
MEDICAL STUDENTS/JMO ORAL PRESENTATION
IRSA would like to invite submission of abstracts from Medical Students, JMO’s, unaccredited Registrars, on original work in Interventional Radiology for consideration as an Oral presentation at IRSA’s Annual Scientific Meeting.

Publication | Accepted oral abstracts will be published in the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (JMIRO).

Abstracts must not exceed 400 words. (This limit applies to the main body of the abstract only and excludes the abstract title, authors, affiliations, and references).

The abstract title should be short and informative. 2-3 key words should be provided.

All presenting authors must include a one-page summary CV to uploaded at the time of submission

Short listing of submissions will be made by members of the IRSA Executive.

Judging will be conducted at the ASM by three judges appointed by IRSA. The judges’ decision will be final.

The winner of the prize will be expected to attend the Final ASM Drinks Event at the conclusion of IRSA ASM to receive their prize.

If none of the submitted abstracts achieve the required standard, the prize may not be awarded.
