ASM 2026 REGISTRATION

Full ASM registrations include access to all scientific sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, the Welcome Function, and the ASM Dinner

All registration types include access to the Happy Hour sessions (Monday and Wednesday)

Student Member registration is complimentary. NB Social functions are not included and can be purchased separately.*

A discounted registration option is available for Radiology Trainees/IR Fellows, Nurses and Radiographers that excludes all social functions.**
Tickets to individual social functions may be purchased by:

Accompanying Persons, or
-
Radiology Trainees, Nurses, and Radiographers who select the “No functions” registration option but wish to attend a specific social event.
​​​Industry representatives wishing to attend the ASM are only able to do so as part of a sponsorship package.

Invited IR speakers will be sent a 20% discount code to enter on checkout. The code will be provided by the Event Manager to confirmed speakers.

Invited Nurse/Radiographer speakers will receive complimentary registration.

Accompanying Persons:
Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome Function and IRSA ASM Dinner. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.

Should you wish to purchase these tickets later, they can be added by accessing your original registration. Please contact NC Events if you require assistance.

​Accommodation:

Early booking of accommodation recommended. Visit the Accommodation page to view options. Bookings are made via the registration portal.

RANZCR CPD
RANZCR CPD Hours will be available for attendance at the ASM. Further details will be provided shortly.
​
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations prior to 1st June 2026 will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
​Cancellations between 2nd June - 20th June 2026 will be refunded less 50%.
​Cancellations after the 20th June will not be refunded.
​
